I specialize in allowing the public to purchase hard to find wedding, plain and imprinted latex balloons from 11in to 72in round. My shipping rates are reasonable. I do not have any minimum orders, handling fee for small orders, or Tax Id requirements. I ship to US, APO FPO, and many international locations.

• Due to large orders on the day after thanksgiving, I am sold out of many balloons. AS my local supplier gets them in I will be doing stop gap orders with a major resupply in the coming weeks. Please forgive me for any inconvenience.

• I want to thank you for your patience the last few months. Because of unemployment, I need to take resources in order make ends meet. Couple with strong sales I was unable to restock my balloons. As good sales continue, I will be restocking.
• An important announcement concerning Richard Balloons As you al know we are in a recession. I read like may you about numerous business closures. One common thread of business failures is debt, too many business are paper tigers funded buy debt. As a result I decide Richard Balloon will not be funded by debt or I have enough cash reserves to cover debt. As a result I will not be able to obtain 72in balloon, unless I find a cheaper source, Importing form Europe will cost me over $800.00 to be profitable. I will be order 17in balloon one I have the cash and a new source.

Notes: FPO/ APO addresses are shipped at US rate. Europe includes Great Britain, Netherlands, and Germany. Some items such as Tilco 17in, 20in and 72in balloons will have an additional shipping charge due to the heaver weight of the balloons. Shipping is capped at $5.85 for us address and $12.00 - $35.00 (us) for international addresses. I ship USPS First Class in the US. and Airmail Intentionally.

Many balloons I sell are Qualatex Brand; the highest qualities of balloons favored by professional decorators but often are out of reach of the public because many party stores do not carry the larger sizes or large imprints. In addition, many giant size plain and imprints balloons are mostly sold by wholesalers that only re-sell professional decorators or have minimum order policies. In turn, many decorators will not sell these balloons because their main business is selling event decoration services and not in the business supplying uninflated balloons.
